Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No — drop in any time during opening hours to browse and handle samples under your own light. If you'd like a specialist to measure a room and prepare a quote, book a measuring visit instead.
How do I get a quote for carpet or made-to-measure vinyl?
Book a free measuring visit and a specialist will come and measure the room, then prepare an accurate quote.
Is my measuring visit confirmed as soon as I submit a request?
Not instantly — picking a day and time on the booking page sends us a request, not a confirmed appointment. A member of the team checks it against the diary and confirms (or suggests another time) by email shortly after.
What days and times can I request a measuring visit for?
Any weekday, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm — pick one of the hourly slots or enter your own preferred time. We don't currently offer weekend visits.
Can I book a measuring visit over the phone instead?
Yes — call us on 01446 741224 and we’ll arrange a day and time that suits you, just the same as booking online.
